As the Secretary your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 

- Communication & Correspondence

- Scheduling Meetings/Appointments

- Launching email campaigns to expand the reach of the organization

- Maintaining Effective Records

- Act as a direct liaison to the President

As an Intern your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 

- Responsibility for the development, planning, and implementation of events, activities, and programs related to music and the arts.

- Responsibility for the oversight and spearheading of purposeful, impactful, and therapeutic events that cater to the artistic abilities of the individual

As the Diversity & Inclusion Chair your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Implement strategic planning with the objective to diversify all aspects of membership and leadership through multicultural outreach, initiatives, activities, and events
- Responsible for overall oversight of the organization's "Black Male Initiative"
- The Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation of Webinars/Workshops/Programs that provide future opportunities for the organization to connect with other philanthropies
- Acting as a direct liaison between the organization and public concerning local events, initiatives, and opportunities to co-sponsor

As the PR Marketing Relations Chair your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Responsibility of overall growth and sound governing the public relations of the organization
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the mission of the organization through effective communication with the organization's target audience through social media presence
- Setting strategic direction for the organization through flyers, video series, newsletter (etc)
- Organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits that help to bring exposure to the organization
